How it pays

Voucher covers up to 50% of eligible infrastructure cost (up to 75% in DAC/LIC), capped at $500,000 per project for EV charging. Higher caps for hydrogen.

DAC bonus available. Projects in state-designated low-income or environmental-justice areas qualify for a higher rebate amount on this program.

Who qualifies

Medium- and heavy-duty (Class 2b-8) ZEV infrastructure for battery-electric or hydrogen fuel-cell fleets. Public, private, or shared MDHD charging stations. Fast Track 2025 consolidated EV Fast Track + Hydrogen + EV Public Charging lanes.
