Per-port L2 rebates with bonus tiers for multifamily, tribal, DAC. Wave 4 had $56.5M total budget. Funding Wave 4 was the first to include L1 EVSE in addition to L2.

Who qualifies

Wave 4 was multifamily-exclusive. Wide variety of project sites historically: schools, healthcare, businesses, multifamily. Applicants with >50 active CALeVIP/Communities in Charge projects ineligible until count drops.
