Utility Cash Rebate Active DAC bonus

How it pays

Up to $4,500 per L2 port for workplace, MFH (4+ units), and commuter parking. Rebate covers charger + install + electrical upgrades. Affordable housing eligible at all rent levels. Includes free technical assistance from CLEAResult.

DAC bonus available. Projects in state-designated low-income or environmental-justice areas qualify for a higher rebate amount on this program.

Properties of 4+ units. Workplace fleet eligible. MCE customer required. Equity bonus uplifts available for DAC/AB1550. Stackable with Bay Area BAAQMD Charge!.
