Up to $2,000 for electrical panel upgrade + up to $2,500 for L2 EV charger purchase/install (per single-family home). Total up to $4,500 per qualifying household. Income-qualified single-family residential focus. NOTE: Primarily residential; included for completeness — narrow MFH applicability.
